Jeans and Carnegie hall

So it's been a while! haha I've been busy. But I have a serious topic to discuss today. The subject is Jeans.
Recently, my mother looked at my jeans and told me that she wished she could give me a reason not to wear them. Though this comment may sound insulting, I completely, 100% agreed with her. I hated those jeans. So we went into the house and ordered two new pairs of jeans for me right then.

.... we ran into a problem. The only jeans that fit me right are these brand of jeans that tend to have extreme bling on the butt pockets. Like... we're talking bling like Shane Co. sneezed on the back of every pair continuously from week days till 8, Saturday's till 5, and took a break on Sunday for about a year.
I have a problem with this. One thing that bugs me is when you go to sit on a chair, and the button or diamonds or who knows what on your butt pockets scrapes against the chair, sometimes leaving battle scars on the chair. One of the chairs in my house is so scratched up from these jeans, that it looks as if the chair has been through battle.

So our challenge? finding jeans that wouldn't tear apart seats.:) success? Kinda... for one of the pairs. No bling except for the diamond on the button. But then the others were just so cute I couldn't stand it so we got them. haha.

I'm hoping this isn't just my problem... but it probably is.

Anyway, so some of you may or may not know, that the choir I'm apart of  went to New York last week for  our tour. It was amazing all together. We went on a red eye flight from 11:30 PM to 5:45 AM and then went to breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe. We stayed at a hotel in Times Square. We saw The Statue of Liberty, saw Wicked, found Balto in Central Park, went to the zoo, and did incredible amounts of shopping. But the thing that made the whole thing amazing was this moment.
We sang Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing at Carnegie Hall. We were the last choir to sing out of about 16 ish(can't remember) choirs from around the country. And... I think we kinda rocked it. We got a standing ovation, and it was kind of a life changing moment.

Anyway, that's an update! Ta Ta!!!
